Guests/Spouses:
Spouses/Guests of AHPCO Directors are welcome! Please indicate the name of your guest when registering. Please contact Marie for assistance with planning spouse/guest activities. Click here for a list of activities.
Lodging:
$115+/night. Please indicate your selection when registering for the session – you do not need to call the hotel to make a reservation – we will be sending a rooming list to the hotel. Participants will be responsible for the cost of their lodging and may pay by credit card upon check-in. This rate is available for Fri and Sat night. The hotel website is: www.westwardlook.com. ++ Plus tax/fee.
Meals:
Dinner on Friday will be a Group Dinner at the resort and the cost will be approximately $25-30/per person. Breakfast on Saturday will be a group buffet and the cost per person is approximately $15. Meal expenses will be the responsibility of individual board members. Please indicate on the registration form how many there will be for each of the meals from your party.
Schedule Details:
We will begin at 3:00p.m. on Friday with a Board Meeting and Prep for the Strategic Session. At 5:00p.m. we will adjourn so participants may connect with their spouses/guests and check into their rooms and refresh for Dinner. Dinner will be in the hotel's restaurant where we will have a selection of entrees prepared by the chef for our group. All are invited for dinner. After dinner those that are interested may participate in a Desert Night Vision Tour. On Saturday we will have a group breakfast on the patio with spouses and guests from 7:30a.m. - 8:30a.m. and then we will begin our Strategic Planning Session with consultant, Stacy Tetschner. We will be adjourning at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday so that you may make plans for activities on your own or to depart and begin your travel home.
Weather/Dress:
The average temperatures for this time of year are in the 70s during the day and 50s in the evening. Dress for the strategic planning session and meals will be business casual.
