Chaplains

The Chaplain Discipline Community is designed for spiritual care providers working in an End-of-Life setting.  Meetings are held quarterly from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (please bring a bag lunch...drinks & dessert will be provided).  For more information, please contact the Chair, Chaplain Barbara Downey 602.712.1000 | bdowney@sojourncare.com

AHPCO Discipline Communities are organized groups of professionals working in the End-of-Life (EOL) healthcare community.  The Communities meet regularly and provide a forum for participants to discuss issues and content, connect with other professionals in their field and develop resources relevant to their discipline and to the overall quality of healthcare provided to Arizona patients and their families.  Each Community focuses on a specific EOL discipline such as Chaplains or Medical Directors.  Membership in AHPCO is not required to participate in the meetings.  Individual Membership is required to access AHPCO member benefits.
